Freedom isn't Free

It's the unofficial start of summer, and that means a three day weekend for most of us. We hope you have a great weekend with your family, traveling, or enjoying a movie. But please take a minute this weekend to remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Remember those families who have lost someone in the service to our country. And pray for those service men and women who are currently deployed around the world, and for their families back home. Have a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend.

National Day of Prayer

Today is the National Day of Prayer, and I hope you were able to attend a service. I was invited to pray for the Media at the service at the Capitol in Frankfort, KY. Carol Koebel did a fantastic job organizing this year's event.

I hope your event went as well as ours.
